2 scoops of your favourite protein powder
1/4 - 1/2 a cup of oats
1 whole egg
METHOD:
Combine mixture add water until mix is creamy (not too runny)
Heat fry pan,spray with cooking spray
Cook on low to medium heat ,each pancake is a slightly heaped table spoon
When starts to bubble on top flip over and cook other side.
Can eat hot or cold, will last in fridge for around 3-5days
Other ingredients you can add if your not dieting!!
-Pancake mix (1 cup to above)
-A table spoon of peanutbutter
-mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
-200g Yogurt (I like berries)
-chocolate drops
-1/4 cup dates or sultanas
-Ladybird protein crunch (1/2 cup)
Noodle Salad
120g Lean turkey/chicken/veal mince
Coles dry mix coleslaw or alike + capsicum, onion, broccoli, snow peas etc
1 lettuce leaf
1 cup Asian noodles
1 tsp garlic (optional)
Black pepper
Dry parsley
1 tsp paprika
1tsp chili powder (optional)
Method:
Brown meat, with onion & all spices
Cook Asian noodles (of your choice, crispy would work best for this)
Add veggies at the end and cook until your desired taste (ie soft or hard)
Add noodles to meat and wrap in lattice leaf and eat
