When I realised last year I was nearly three score years and ten, I started to think very seriously about my fitness. After deciding to go the route of a trainer ­ reasoning I would not have the discipline to be regular enough unless I made a commitment ­ I was lucky enough to find Lisa Brooke. I have been with her over a year and this is why I recommend her highly: She has an excellent education in physical fitness and although she is so young, she has a great appreciation of my capacity. Plus the persuasive skill to make me stretch myself a bit, and yet not be too tough! She varies the exercises each week and I don¹t get bored.
